I wouldn't say heavily inspired, it's effectively the same game. However, it also has way better delivery, graphics, and is a bit longer, so there's that.

This is the only game so far that had me on edge from beginning to end. The ambience and claustrophobic atmosphere was a real factor that was added which made it more scary. Props to the creator!

Definitely a good short horror game. Great atmosphere in a creepy way. Just long enough to keep you going, but short enough to not get boring. If you are curious Definitely try this game for yourself!
The game had a nice atmosphere and the story was fairly easy to follow. Even having a PT section was a nice touch. For a first horror game, it's pretty good. Keep it up.
For a game inspired by The Crypt Terror this is as good or even better than it. With a powerful and rich story unique mechanics and fearful moments this is one of better examples of first time projects and horror games. Unlike The Crypt Terror, sense of fear and jumpscares are present through full game. Also you used the mechanics of turning the lamp on and off and that is bonus points atleast in my review. One of the best first time projects but also horror games on itch.io. Keep going. Good job.
Definitely see the inspirations from crypt terror but love seeing some originality in it too! The PT mechanic was cool too! The fact that u cant see anything in front of you makes it even scarier! Good first game and would love to see an original game from you!
Loved this just as much as the Crypt Terror! I saw where inspiration was taken from but also think this had a lot of originality and great atmosphere in it! Great work!
